Privacybeleid

SunnyDrinks (de app en de website kolenbr.nl/sunnydrinks) laat zien welke terrassen in Nederland in de zon liggen. De app is gemaakt om zo min mogelijk over je te weten.

Wat we níet doen

Geen account, geen login.
Geen analytics, geen advertenties, geen tracking.
We verzamelen en bewaren geen persoonsgegevens op onze servers.

Je locatie

Als je toestemming geeft, gebruikt SunnyDrinks je locatie om je positie op de kaart te tonen en de dichtstbijzijnde zonnige terrassen te berekenen. Die berekening gebeurt helemaal op je telefoon; je locatie wordt nergens naartoe gestuurd en niet opgeslagen. Je kunt de toestemming altijd intrekken in Instellingen > Privacy & beveiliging > Locatievoorzieningen.

Diensten van derden

Om de kaart en het weer te tonen haalt de app gegevens op bij:

Kaarttegels (Stadia Maps): de kaartdelen die je bekijkt worden opgevraagd bij de kaartserver. Zoals bij elke website ziet die server daarbij je IP-adres.
Weer (Open-Meteo): de bewolking wordt opgevraagd voor het gebied dat de kaart toont, afgerond op ongeveer 10 km, nooit voor je precieze locatie.

Deze partijen hebben hun eigen privacybeleid. Wij krijgen van hen geen gegevens over jou.

SunnyDrinks (the app and the website kolenbr.nl/sunnydrinks) shows which terraces in the Netherlands are in the sun. It is built to know as little about you as possible.

What we don't do

No account, no login.
No analytics, no ads, no tracking.
We don't collect or store personal data on our servers.

Your location

If you allow it, SunnyDrinks uses your location to show where you are on the map and to work out the nearest terraces in the sun. That happens entirely on your phone: your location is not sent anywhere and not stored. You can withdraw permission at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services.

Third-party services

To show the map and the weather, the app fetches data from:

Map tiles (Stadia Maps): the parts of the map you look at are requested from the tile server, which, like any website, sees your IP address.
Weather (Open-Meteo): cloud cover is requested for the area shown on the map, rounded to about 10 km, never for your exact location.

These services have their own privacy policies. We receive no data about you from them.
